Job purpose

ManpowerGroup wants to capture all possible productivity improvements in the sourcing process of good candidates to fill in the temporary-, permanent-, contracting- and freelance job opportunities of its clients. Advanced process automation and digital marketing are crucial elements in this quest. However, no sourcing process can be fully automated. The skills and experience of a born sourcer, who understands how to assess via phone-, video- or physical interviews/screenings the true added value in every candidate profile, will remain a crucial factor in the full sourcing value chain. In that context ManpowerGroup is looking for a new breed of sourcers. We are looking for the brightest specialists that understand how to leverage the copywriting of jobdescriptions, who understand the power of the different jobboards in function of the requested profiles, who know how to leverage social media, online assessments and knock-out questions, who know how to pull as much value as possible out of extrenal databases such as Linkedin, VDAB and others, who have a sixth sense for identifying the right candidate for every role, both in terms of hard and soft skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure the necessary focus on the sourcing process in a given jobcategory/segment. Make sure that all candidates that enter in a dialogue with Manpower are handled within the agreed SLA’s set by the organisation.
  • Ensure state-of-the-art screenings, and the establishment of a network of good and available candidates in the respective segments. Ensure that the relation with those candidates will be maintained in function of current and future opportunities
  • Work in close collaboration with the digital marketing team, provide state-of-the-art copy-writing for jobdescriptions and support campaign management in increasing the overall return and quality
  • Work in close collaboration with the business developers and the matchers to ensure we increase the fill-rate of our open vacancies in line with the company targets.
  • Be the guardian of a good candidate experience cross the different phases of the sourcing value chain
  • A first work experience as a recruiter is considered as a plus

Required competences  

  • A first work experience as a recruiter is considered as a plus
  • Result oriented and be able to focus on main tasks/segments
  • Curious and always in search for process improvement
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Comfortable contacting people via phone, mail, social/messenger.
  • An empathic personality, a natural affinity in understanding who the person is behind a CV. Somebody who can read a candidates personality and assess his soft skills.
  • Affinity with digital marketing and online recruitment tools is considered as a plus
  • Bachelor degree, but attitude and passion is valued of equal importance, if not more
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
